- All Paperwork and Inspections related to Section 8 / Housing Authority Tenants
- Electrical, Plumbing, Heating/HVAC related matters
- Quarterly Inspections of occupied units, weekly inspections of all vacant units
- All matters pertaining to Locks, Doors & Keys for Common & Unit Doors
- Landscaping of all properties in season (April 1st through November 15th)
- Snow Removal / Salting / Plowing
- Filing and Maintaining of all Tenant related materials and paperwork
REQUIREMENTS:
BSP has only one requirement for new rental property management clients. That is that all of the clients properties must be placed on a master locking system if not currently in place. BSP will waive the Property Management Fee for the 1st month on each building the master system is being installed on to help offset the costs associated with this process. A typical three family would see a cost of $300 or less for the conversion to the master lock system.
